Where we ship
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Saudi Arabia. Some products are only available in certain countries; you'll only see and be able to buy the products that ship to your country.
How your order ships
We don't keep stock in a warehouse of our own. When you place an order, we send it to our fulfillment partners, who pack and ship it directly to you from their warehouses — either in the United States or in China, depending on the product.
Processing time
1–4 business days for your order to be prepared and handed to the carrier.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — customs checks, holidays or carrier delays can occasionally add a few days. We don't offer next-day delivery.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Tracking is available on most orders, but some carriers show only limited updates.
Customs and import fees
Our prices don't include any import duties or taxes your country may charge on arrival. These are rare on orders of this size, but if they apply, they're paid by the recipient.
