30-day returns

You have 30 days after your item is delivered to request a return.

How to start a return

Email info@alishomeorganizationboutique.com or message us on WhatsApp at +966 56 074 3107 with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back before contacting us — our partners ship from several warehouses, and returns sent without instructions can get lost.

Condition

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all parts and accessories included.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo if you can. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and we cover any return shipping.

Change of mind

You can return an unused item within 30 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Items we can't accept back unless they're defective

For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care and grooming devices (such as the facial steamer and the nose hair trimmer) can't be returned. Gift cards can't be returned either.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll confirm by email. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days — your bank may take a few extra days to show it. Original shipping was free, so there's nothing to deduct.
